Timberland offers several additional design variables and services, including sticking options, pre-hanging, oversized, bifold, beveling, glass, louver, radius, and fire-rated to meet your specialized design needs.

Barn Doors

All Timberland doors – including those in the Stileline, Shaker, and Euro series, as well as V-groove, Plank, and Flush styles – are available as Barn Doors. This type of door is all the rage right now, and experts believe they have true staying power because they offer a welcomed balance between contemporary and rustic.

Barn doors hang from a visible and decorative track on the doorway. For complete coverage and to minimize the gaps, a barn door should always be at least a few inches wider than the opening.

Some will caution that barn doors offer limited privacy and noise reduction, but that’s where Timberland doors are different. We use only high-grade solid core medium density fiberboard (MDF). The inherent weight and durability of MDF provides strong sound absorption, additional privacy, and a noticeable feeling of quality to your home.

Fire Rated Doors

To achieve a consistent designer look while providing additional fire protection, all Timberland fire-rated doors are built and designed to match our non-fire-rated doors. We offer 20-, 45-, 60-, and 90-minute category B fire-rated doors, and most styles are available for all ratings. All fire-rated doors must be at least 1-3/4” thick.

Glass Doors

For an extra design flair, glass or mirrors can be added to most Timberland doors. In the case of mirrors, we offer the additional feature of having a mirror on one side with a standard door design on the other – ideal for a bedroom or bathroom. With a wide variety of glass styles available, we have options to meet all distinguished tastes. Glass can also be included in one or more panels of a multi-panel door – in other words, you have many creative options.

Louver Doors

Most of our door styles can have a louver added to any panel to create a distinctive look. We can also include multiple louver panels per door. We offer both vented and false (where a distinctive look is desired but privacy is required) louver applications. Our standard louvers come with 2” slats for vented or 1-1/2” slats for false. We also offer a “plantation-style” louver option with 3” vented slats (available only in 1-3/4” thick doors) or 3” false slats.

Flush Doors

Timberland flush doors are not your parents’ flush doors. Many older flush doors have a hollow veneer, meaning they offer almost no privacy, durability, or safety. That is not the case with Timberland flush doors.

Timberland Doors are made from high-quality solid core medium density fiberboard (MDF). These are completely solid doors with zero joints. Beautiful homes deserve solid doors and MDF offers great value as an alternative to traditional wood. Its high level of sound absorption and inherent weight add privacy and a noticeable feeling of quality to your home.

V-Groove Doors

All doors in our Stileline and Euro series offer a V-groove option that accentuates the appearance of a plank door, giving it the distinctive look of tongue-and-groove. Offered in 14 distinct styles, these V-groove doors are also available in radius top styles with additional panel configurations possible.

Plank Doors

Our Plank doors are ageless. Featuring vertical rather than horizontal lines, these doors lend a rustic yet surprisingly contemporary look to your home. With various profiles and plank widths available, your Timberland Plank door can be as common or unique as you desire. Combine planks with our Barn option to achieve a stunningly accurate turn-of-the-century appearance.

Bi-Fold Doors

Almost every door design is available in a bifold 2- or 4-door assembly that is hinged and prepped for assembly.

Heavy duty tracks and hardware are included for installation.
